- Originally from the US (Vermont) I now live in Salo, Finland with my wife Emilia and our two daughters. My sport background comes from four years racing on the US national cycling team. After realizing a career in cycling was not what I wanted, I got into triathlon just for fun. Pretty quickly I found it was even better suited to me than cycling and now I am racing at the professional level. This blog is partly to keep any interested people up to date about my racing but also as a forum for my random collection of topics I feel inspired to write about.
